Crucible Induction Furnace

 The high efficiency of this type of furnace is due to the direct conversion of electrical energy into heat energy, heating the charge until melting occurs through internal transfer of heat energy without loss in temperature, continuously and at maximum possible temperature, the unique limit being the refractory resistance of the lining.

The rapid stirring action is ideal for adding alloys to the furnace and elaborating metal at the best possible temperature control and chemistry control.

Holding induction furnace – duplex

The high efficiency of this type of furnace is due to the direct conversion of electrical energy into heat energy.

The unique air cooled quick-interchangeable inductor that forms the channel where is passing the metal is flanged on the side or on the bottom of the furnace body and the heating of the metal inside the channel occurs through internal transfer of heat energy continuously and at maximum possible temperature, the unique limit being the refractory resistance of the lining.
